Payment Plan:

A $300 deposit is due upon reservation. The remaining amount should be paid anytime before the wedding day or upon videographers arrival on the wedding day. These payments can be made via PayPal (linevideography@gmail.com), Venmo (bazincaroline), or a check made payable to Caroline Bazin. An additional charge of $0.50/mile will be applied if the ceremony is held more than 30 miles away from Jackson, Mississippi.

Terms And Conditions

A $300 deposit will be due upon reservation. The remaining balance should be paid anytime before the wedding date or upon the videographers arrival to the ceremony. Payments can either be paid via PayPal (send to cavercaroline@gmail.com ) or a check can be mailed to Caroline Bazin at 1221 Greymont Ave, Jackson, MS, 39202. An email to linevideography@gmail.com prior to mailing a check would be much appreciated. The client is solely responsible for securing permission from the site owner/operator for use of the production site as well as authority for Line Studios to set up all necessary production equipment. It is understood that the quality of the production is dependent upon adequate lighting, camera/microphone positions, and other conditions not under the control of Line Studios. Line Studios is not responsible for poor audio. The microphone on the camera might be the only one that will be used. This will be good enough to get the audio at the ceremony if the bride and groom's voices are amplified. The agreement of the service to perform is subject to proven detention by sudden illness, accidents, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of Line Studios. Every reasonable attempt will be made to secure a backup videographer in such an unlikely event. Line Studios will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive. Line Studios reserves the right to discontinue videotaping in any situation (ex: rain, extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous locations) that could put the safety of the videographer or equipment at risk. The aesthetic quality of this video mix may vary depending upon the logistics of the wedding site and the permitted camera placement. One camera will be used at all other times. Any expenses incurred by Line Studios not pertaining directly to the production of the video (ex: out-of-town accommodations, parking, shipping, etc.) will be added to the client’s balance. The completed video will be considered a finished product, and any additional requested revisions will be added to the client’s balance at the prorated rate of $100 per hour. The original tapes remain the property of Line Studios. The client gives Line Studios permission to use footage from the original tapes to market Line Studios wedding videography services. Any special requests overriding the terms and conditions of this contract must be specified well in advance of the wedding date.
